These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InterTicket websites, platforms, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services are operated by InterTicket. We provide ticketing technology that enables event organizers ("Organizers") to sell tickets and arrange reservations for shows and other entertainment events, and enable buyers to purchase those tickets.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Role of InterTicket

For ticket sales, InterTicket generally acts as an agent that provides the technology and processes transactions on behalf of Organizers. The Organizer is responsible for the event itself. Purchases are also subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

- Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

- Do not resell or scrape tickets or data except as expressly permitted.

5. Fees

Applicable fees are described in your plan or order. Organizers control how fees and service charges are allocated, subject to the configuration available in the platform.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the InterTicket name and marks, are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services as intended.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. InterTicket is not responsible for the events themselves, which are the responsibility of the Organizer. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
